Colliers brokers the sale of logistics complex in Hostivice near Prague

Colliers has announced the successful completion of the sale of the Orifarm Hostivice logistics and office complex, located on the western outskirts of Prague. Colliers represented the seller in the transaction and provided comprehensive advisory services throughout the sale. The seller was CHS – Immobilien, and the new owner is a private investor.

The property, with a total leasable area of 6,052 m², includes approximately 4,818 m² of warehouse space and 1,234 m² of office and administrative space. The complex is fully leased to Orifarm Supply, a leading international pharmaceutical group.

The strategic location of the Hostivice site ensures excellent transport accessibility. The building is situated near Prague’s ring road and the D6 and D7 highways, offering quick access to downtown Prague and major transportation routes throughout the Czech Republic.
