Real estate advisory firm Colliers announces the successful completion of the sale of a 100% stake in LUSIMA AD Property s.r.o., which owns lucrative land on Spojovací Street in Prague’s wider city center.

The sellers included the investment group JSK Investments s.r.o., Notino Limited and other partners. The new owner is a joint venture between developers Logport and J&T REAL ESTATE.

The history of the 37,000 m² industrial complex dates back to the 1970s, when it was home to Autodružstvo Praha. Currently, the existing buildings are leased. However, the location offers exceptional development potential due to its position at the periphery of central Prague.
