- Overseeing the entire leasing process
- Ensuring smooth communication from first contact to lease signing
- Preparing and reviewing the lease agreement
Challenges & Solutions
The project was time-sensitive – Koykan needed a space quickly, while the landlord was seeking tenants for a newly opened property. Thanks to perfect timing, swift responses, and effective communication, a strong synergy was achieved between both parties. The process ran smoothly and without complications.
