2. Contact forms and enquiries
If you send us an enquiry or contact form through PropertyMaps.cz, we process the data you provide so that we can respond, identify relevant properties or services and forward the matter to the relevant Colliers team. If you provide a phone number, we may contact you by phone in connection with your enquiry.
3. Marketing communication
Where you consent or where permitted by law, we may send you marketing offers, updates, property information and Colliers news. You may withdraw consent at any time and you may object to marketing communication at any time.
4. AI assistant and digital tools
PropertyMaps.cz may include digital tools such as an AI assistant, calculators, property recommendation tools or similar features. When you use them, we may process the content of queries, search parameters, interactions with the tool and technical data. We use this data to provide a response, recommend suitable properties, improve service quality, ensure security and resolve errors.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords, financial information, trade secrets or other confidential information into the AI assistant or other digital tools unless we expressly ask you to do so through a secure and designated channel.
5. Cookies and similar technologies

PropertyMaps.cz does not carry out decision-making based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. Outputs from the AI assistant or digital tools are informational and supportive and do not replace individual expert assessment by a person.
11. Security
Colliers takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. However, no data transmission via the internet can be considered completely risk-free.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, in particular if PropertyMaps.cz functionality, technologies, recipients of data or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available on PropertyMaps.cz.
