Description Through the revitalisation of the brownfield area of the former Paskov Mine, modern logistics halls that meet the highest industrial standards and provide innovative solutions for efficient logistics and sustainable operations were developed. The completed hall with 9,022 m² of space including 866 m² of office areas and social facilities offers expedition shelters, loading ramps for gitter boxes, and gigaliner loading capabilities for enhanced transport capacity. The facility is future-ready for electromobility with fast-charging stations for passenger vehicles and technical infrastructure for electric truck charging. The new DMC2 hall with over 19,000 m² of built area, constructed according to our latest technological standard dmc construct 4.2, offers flexible spaces suitable for both warehousing and light manufacturing operations with divisibility into smaller units starting from 1,000 m². The strategic location just 2 km from Ostrava at exit 43 of the D56 highway with direct connection to a railway terminal enables high transport flexibility including handling of one complete train daily, significantly accelerating deliveries while reducing the carbon footprint of logistics operations.
