Location Panattoni Park Nový Bor is located in the historic glassmaking town of Nový Bor in the Liberec Region and benefits from its unique position at the crossroads of Central European trade routes within the northern industrial corridor of the Czech Republic. The project lies directly on the I/9 highway, which connects Prague, Neratovice, Mělník, Česká Lípa, Nový Bor, and Rumburk, with a seamless continuation through the Rumburk/Ebersbach-Neugersdorf border crossing into Saxony, Germany.
This cross-border logistics hub also leverages an established rail connection on the Česká Lípa–Rumburk line, enabling tenants to access German markets while maintaining direct connectivity to the Prague metropolitan area.
The park is situated in a region renowned for more than 700 years of glassmaking tradition, anchored by Crystalex, the country’s largest glassworks. It offers access to a highly skilled industrial workforce, with approximately 11,000 inhabitants in an area where traditional craftsmanship meets modern logistics infrastructure and cross-border business opportunities.
